We originally took possession of our premises on Katherine Street, Ashton-under-Lyne,
in 2004 a considerable amount of work was required to make it fit for our purpose.
We were delighted with the quality of the work that Cockfields Construction did
for us. In addition they kept us fully involved in all aspects of the project, ensuring
that we, as the customer, were in agreement with decisions made. The work force
were always friendly and polite and kept us up to date with developments.
When we were commissioned in 2007 to radically alter our service and hence the building,
it was without question that Cockfields Construction would be our preferred contractors
for this work. This was complex work involving architects and structural engineers
overseeing major reconstruction. Once again, Cockfields Construction did an excellent
job, kept us involved, and as before, the workers were considerate and helpful.
The attention to details was particularly noticeable. Perhaps the best accolade
for the work Cockfields Construction did comes from the public. On entering our
new cafe and centre, we repeatedly hear how impressed people are by the redesign
and the relaxing atmosphere we have achieved.
We have no reservation in recommending Cockfields Construction whatever work is
required.
